3.0T磁共振成像及CT在老年低位腰椎间盘突出诊断价值中的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探究3.0T磁共振成像及计算机体层成像(CT)在老年低位腰椎间盘突出患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取2023年4月~2024年4月本院收治的78例老年低位腰椎间盘突出患者,均采用CT与3.0T磁共振成像检查,分析两种检查方法诊断价值。结果:3.0T磁共振成像诊断老年低位腰椎间盘突出准确率为96.15%、敏感度为97.10%,均较CT检查更高(P均<0.05)。3.0T磁共振成像对老年低位腰椎间盘突出L3-4诊断符合率、Ⅱ度符合率、硬膜囊受压和椎间盘变形征象诊断符合率均较CT检查更高,对椎间盘钙化征象诊断符合率较CT检查更低(P均<0.05)。结论:3.0T磁共振成像及CT在老年低位腰椎间盘突出患者诊断中均可取得一定价值,相较CT,3.0T磁共振成像整体诊断价值更高。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging and CT in elderly patients with low lumbar disc herniation.Methods:78 elderly patients with low lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected,all of whom underwent CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging examinations.The diagnostic value of the two examination methods was analyzed.Results:The accuracy and sensitivity of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing low lumbar disc herniation in the elderly were 96.15%and 97.10%,both of which were higher than CT examination(P<0.05).The detection rate of L3-4,grade II,dural sac compression,and intervertebral disc deformation in elderly patients with low lumbar disc herniation using 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging is higher than that of CT examination,and the detection rate of intervertebral disc calcification is lower than that of CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging and CT can achieve certain value in the diagnosis of elderly patients with low lumbar disc herniation.Compared to CT,3.0T magnetic resonance imaging has higher overall diagnostic value.
