周围型肺癌肺内炎性肿块患者影像学表现及计算机体层成像诊断鉴别有效性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究计算机体层成像(CT)在周围型肺癌与肺内炎性肿块患者中的诊断价值。方法:以2023年1月~2023年12月为数据截取区间,遴选其中本院收治46例周围型肺癌患者、46例肺内炎性肿块患者,分析影像学表现及CT诊断鉴别价值。结果:周围型肺癌CT影像密度、边缘、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征等表现与肺内炎性肿块比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。参照病变形态分类,对肺内炎性肿块诊断的准确度为71.74%(33/46)、灵敏度为65.22%(30/46)、特异度为68.48%(63/92)。基于病变形态,结合征象、病史修正,修正后对肺内炎性肿块诊断的准确度为82.61%(38/46)、灵敏度为78.26%(36/46)、特异度为80.43%(74/92)。结论:通过CT检查,可为周围型肺癌与肺内炎性肿块鉴别提供依据,指导治疗方案制定。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT in patients with peripheral lung cancer and pulmonary inflammatory masses.Methods:Using January 2023 to December 2023 as the data cutoff interval,46 patients with peripheral lung cancer and 46 patients with pulmonary inflammatory masses admitted to our hospital were selected,and the imaging manifestations and CT diagnostic differentiation value were analyzed.Results:The CT images of peripheral lung cancer showed significant differences in density,margin,pleural indentation sign,and vacuolar sign compared to inflammatory masses in the lungs(all P<0.05).According to the classification of lesion morphology,the accuracy of diagnosing pulmonary inflammatory masses was 71.74%(33/46),sensitivity was 65.22%(30/46),and specificity was 68.48%(63/92).Based on the morphology of the lesion,combined with signs and medical history correction,the accuracy of the corrected diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory masses was 82.61%(38/46),sensitivity was 78.26%(36/46),and specificity was 80.43%(74/92).Conclusion:CT examination can provide a basis for distinguishing peripheral lung cancer from pulmonary inflammatory masses and guide the development of treatment plans.
