经直肠双平面腔内超声在肛周脓肿及肛瘘诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探究肛周脓肿与肛瘘患者采用经直肠双平面腔内超声的诊断价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2023年12月本院收治的70例疑似肛周脓肿(35例)及肛瘘(35例)患者深入分析,均行经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断,以手术病理诊断为金标准,分析其诊断效能及不同部位脓肿、肛瘘检出情况。结果:超声诊断阳性检出率与手术病理诊断对比无差异(P>0.05);超声诊断效能与手术病理诊断对比无差异(P>0.05);超声诊断肛周脓肿检出率与手术病理诊断对比无差异(P>0.05);超声诊断肛瘘检出率与手术病理诊断对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:在对肛周脓肿与肛瘘患者诊断时,经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断可达到预期的诊断效能,对肛周脓肿、肛瘘诊断价值高。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transrectal biplane ultrasound in patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods:70 patients with suspected perianal abscess(35 cases)and anal fistula(35 cases)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected for in-depth analysis,all of them were diagnosed by transrectal biplane ultrasound,and the diagnostic efficiency and the detection of abscess and anal fistula in different parts were analyzed with surgical and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Results:There was no difference between the positive rate of ultrasound diagnosis and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no difference between the diagnostic efficiency of ultrasound and surgical pathology(P>0.05).There was no difference between the detection rate of acoustic diagnosis of perianal abscess and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no difference in the detection rate between ultrasound diagnosis of anal fistula and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula,transrectal biplane ultrasound can achieve the expected diagnostic efficacy,which is of high diagnostic value for abscess and anal fistula.
