摘　　要：目的:探讨URIT-26血糖分析仪与常规生化检验在糖尿病患者血糖检测中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年5月~2024年5月厦门市海沧区海沧街道石塘社区卫生服务中心收治的70例行血糖检测的糖尿病患者,同时接受URIT-26血糖分析仪检验与常规生化检验,并根据检测结果给予相应控糖治疗,观察治疗前、后两种血糖检测方式不同时间段的血糖检测值变化,并比较两种血糖检测方式单次检测血样量、检测耗时及检测满意度。结果:治疗前后两种血糖检测方式的空腹、餐后2h及睡前1h血糖值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两种血糖检测方式不同时间段的血糖值均低于治疗前(P<0.05);URIT-26血糖分析仪的单次检测血样量少于常规生化检验,检测耗时短于常规生化检验(P<0.05);URIT-26血糖分析仪的检测满意度高于常规生化检验(P<0.05)。结论:URIT-26血糖分析仪与常规生化检验对糖尿病患者的血糖检测结果相当,但URIT-26血糖分析仪单次测量采集血样量更少,检测效率及满意度更高,可作为首选血糖紧急检测方式。Objective:To explore the application value of URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer and routine biochemical tests in blood glucose detection of diabetes patients.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024,70 patients with diabetes who were admitted to Shitang Community Health Service Center,Haicang Street,Haicang District,Xiamen City for blood glucose detection were selected.At the same time,they received URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer test and routine biochemical test,and were given corresponding sugar control treatment according to the test results.The changes of blood glucose detection values in different periods before and after treatment were observed,and the blood sample volume,test time consumption and test satisfaction of the two blood glucose detection methods were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in fasting,2-hour postprandial,and 1-hour bedtime blood glucose levels between the two blood glucose detection methods before and after treatment(P>0.05);The blood glucose values of the two blood glucose detection methods at different time periods after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);The single detection blood sample volume of the URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer is less than that of conventional biochemical tests,and the detection time was shorter than that of conventional biochemical tests(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer was higher than that of conventional biochemical tests(P<0.05).Conclusion:URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer has the same blood glucose detection results as routine biochemical tests for diabetes patients,but the URIT-26 blood glucose analyzer has less blood samples collected in a single measurement,higher detection efficiency and satisfaction,and can be used as the first choice for emergency blood glucose detection.
