摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺腔镜经腋下小切口手术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年11月在本院接受治疗的76例早期乳腺癌患者为观察对象进行回顾性分析,按照不同术式分为两组,各38例。对照组进行一侧乳房切除+前哨淋巴结活检,观察组进行乳腺腔镜经腋窝小切口一侧皮下乳房切除+前哨淋巴结活检,分析疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的乳房美容效果更优于对照组,且观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,与对照组相比,观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间、切口长度更短,淋巴结清效果更好,观察组的术后并发率为2.63%,对照组为15.79%,观察组在术中总并发率较低于对照组,对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺腔镜经腋下小切口手术在治疗早期乳腺癌中,能提升患者对乳房美容效果的认可,缩短住院时间,提升预后生活质量。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of breast endoscopic surgery through subaxillary small incision in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods:76 patients with early breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis.They were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received unilateral mastectomy+sentinel lymph node biopsy,and the observation group received unilateral subcutaneous mastectomy+sentinel lymph node biopsy through axillary small incision under breast endoscope.Analyze the curative effect.Results:After treatment,the breast beauty effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospitalization time and incision length of the patients in the observation group were shorter,and the effect of lymph node dissection was better.The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.63%,while that of the control group was 15.79%.The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there was a difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic breast surgery through subaxillary small incision in the treatment of early breast cancer can enhance patients’recognition of breast beauty effect,shorten hospitalization time.Improve the quality of life after prognosis.
