微波治疗仪治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察微波治疗仪在类风湿关节炎(RA)治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:将2020年1月~2023年1月于医院接受RA治疗的患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为人数相同的观察组(n=24)与对照组(n=24),对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用微波治疗仪。结果:观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前临床症状、实验室指标水平均无显著差异,P>0.05;而治疗后观察组患者则显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在为RA患者实施治疗的过程中微波治疗仪的应用效果显著,有助于患者的更好临床症状减轻与实验室指标水平提高。Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of microwave therapy apparatus in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:In this study,48 patients who received RA treatment in hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were divided into the observation group(n=24)and the control group(n=24)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received microwave therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of microwave therapy instrument is significant in the treatment of RA patients,which can help patients better reduce clinical symptoms and improve the level of laboratory indicators.
