摘　　要：目的:探讨机用镍钛锉配合超声冲洗治疗慢性牙髓炎的效果。方法:前瞻性选取2023年1月~2024年1月天津医科大学总医院空港医院收治的120例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(60例)及观察组(60例),所有患者均采用机用镍钛锉预备根管进行治疗,对照组配合注射器冲洗,观察组配合超声冲洗。观察两组患者预备成型效果,疼痛情况,治疗相关时间,并发症。结果:观察组患者根管预备成型形态良好发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组根管预备时间、根管填充时间、根管冲洗时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:机用镍钛锉配合超声冲洗治疗慢性牙髓炎可有效改善根管预备成型效果,缓解疼痛,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症的发生。Objective:Exploring the effect of using nickel titanium files combined with ultrasound irrigation in the treatment of chronic pulpitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with chronic pulpitis admitted to Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group(60 cases)using a random number table method.Mechanical nickel titanium files were used to prepare the root canal with a syringe for irrigation,while the observation group(60 cases)used mechanical nickel titanium files to prepare the root canal with ultrasound irrigation.Observe the preparation effect,pain situation,treatment related time,and complications two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of good root canal preparation and shape in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had lower root canal preparation time,root canal filling time,and root canal irrigation time than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mechanical nickel titanium files and ultrasonic irrigation can effectively improve the effect of root canal preparation and shaping,alleviate pain,shorten treatment time,and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment of chronic pulpitis.
