从“汤液经法图”角度探讨国医大师陈可冀院士治疗心血管疾病的自拟方组方配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:从“汤液经法图”角度探讨陈可冀院士治疗心血管疾病的自拟方,为继承和研究陈可冀院士学术思想提供一种新的思路。方法:运用《辅行诀五脏用药法要》所载“汤液经法图”解析陈可冀院士治疗心血管疾病的自拟方,制成“陈可冀院士自拟方组方配伍分析表”,分别绘制陈可冀院士自拟方的汤液经法分析图,分析药味的配伍结构。结果:清眩降压汤配伍结构为“九甘四苦一酸”,平肝息风、潜阳清热方配伍结构为“七甘四苦三咸一辛”,清热化痰方配伍结构为“四辛二甘二苦二咸”,温补肝肾方配伍结构为“六甘三辛二咸一苦”,滋阴柔肝益肾方配伍结构为“六甘四苦一辛一咸一酸”,调和气血方配伍结构为“五苦二甘一辛一咸”,愈梗通瘀汤配伍结构为“七辛四苦三甘”,抗心梗合剂配伍结构为“三苦三甘一辛”,变通血府逐瘀汤配伍结构为“六辛四苦三甘”,冠心Ⅱ号方配伍结构为“三辛二苦”,宽胸气雾剂配伍结构为“五辛一苦”,温通复脉汤配伍结构为“八辛八甘一苦”,新补心丹配伍结构为“七甘五苦一辛一酸一咸”。结论:从“汤液经法图”角度看,陈可冀院士治疗高血压自拟方基本是以“甘-苦/辛”或“甘-苦-辛-咸”为组方配伍原则,多是五脏同调;治疗冠心病自拟方基本是以“辛-苦”或“辛-苦-甘”为组方配伍原则,多是心、肝、脾、肾同调,几乎不涉及肺脏;治疗心律失常自拟方是以“辛-甘-苦”为组方配伍原则,治疗病毒性心肌炎自拟方主要是以“甘-苦”为组方配伍原则。Objective:To explore compatibility rule of the self-designed prescription of academician Chen Keji for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases from the perspective of"Tangye Jingfa Tu",to provide a new way to inherit and study academician Chen Kej'i s academic thought.Methods:Using the"Tangye Jingfa Tu"Chen Keji academician's self-prepared formula was analyzed.The formulation analysis table was esfablished,and the soup-liquid meridian diagram was drawn up separately to analyze the structure of the combination of medicinal flavors.Results:The structure of the formula for clearing dizziness and lowering blood pressure was"nine sweet,four bitter and one sour".The structure of the formula for pacifying the liver and quenching wind,submerging yang and clearing heat was"seven sweet,four bitter,three salty and one pungent".The structure of the formula for clearing heat and resolving phlegm was"four pungent,two sweet,two bitter,and two salty".The structure of the formula for warming the liver and kidney was"six sweet,three pungent,two salty,and one bitter".The structure of the formula for nourishing Yin,softening the liver and benefiting the kidney was"six sweet,four bitter,one pungent,one salty,and one sour".The structure of the formula for harmonizing Qi and blood was"five bitter,two sweet,one pungent,and one salty".The structure of the formula for healing the stem and promoting blood stasis was"seven pungent,four bitter and three sweet".The structure of the formula for ant-i infarction combination was"three bitter,three sweet and one pungent".The structure of the formula for blood mansion and expelling blood stasis was the structure of the formula was"six pungent,four bitter,three sweet".The structure of the formula for coronary heartⅡwas"three pungent and two bitter".The structure of the formula for broad chest aerosol was"five pungent and one bitter".The structure of the formula for Wentong Fumai Tang was"eight pungent,eight sweet and one bitter".The structure of the formula for Xinbu Xindan was"seven sweet,five
