摘 要:一系悬挂弹簧是机车走行部关键部件之一。近年来,国铁集团各路局运用的机车偶发一系悬挂弹簧断裂故障,对铁路运行安全构成一定风险。通过一系悬挂弹簧断裂原因分析,研究外观检查、磁粉探伤、力学性能试验等检修试验方法,提出一系悬挂弹簧检修试验标准。The primary suspension are one of the key components of locomotive running gear.In recent years,the locomotives used by railway bureaus of China Railway Group have occasionally experienced the primary suspension fracture,posing a certain risk to railway operation safety.Through analyzing the reasons of the fracture in the primary suspension and studying maintenance testing methods such as appearance inspection,magnetic particle testing,and mechanical property testing,we propose maintenance test standards of primary suspension.
