摘  要:5G技术快速发展,业内越来越重视辐射杂散发射(RSE)相关检测,对辐射杂散发射测量系统的灵敏度要求也越来越高。文章介绍了测量系统的噪声构成和系统灵敏度的主要影响因素,分析了天线增益、无源器件、低噪声放大器、空间损耗以及频谱分析仪等对整个测量系统的影响,对提升测量系统灵敏度给出一定的指导意见,为辐射杂散发射测量系统的应用提供参考思路和方法。With the rapid development of 5G technology,the industry is paying more and more attention to the detection of radiated spurious emission(RSE),and the sensitivity requirements for radiated spurious emission measurement system are also increasing.The article introduces the noise composition of the measurement system and the main influencing factors of system sensitivity,analyzes the influence of antenna gain,passive components,low noise amplifier,space loss and spectrum analyzer on the whole measurement system,gives some guidance for improving the sensitivity of the measurement system,and provides reference ideas and methods for the application of the radiation spurious emission measurement system.
