摘  要:使用电磁仿真软件比较了电磁屏蔽效能评估的辐射源内置法和外置法,分析了它们在1~500 MHz频率范围内计算得到的屏蔽效能,并在150 MHz进行了实际屏蔽效能测试以验证仿真结果。结果表明,采用辐射源内置法的仿真能更准确地考虑屏蔽体内部的电磁条件,得到较低但更真实的屏蔽效能。此外,研究还发现高频段屏蔽效能急剧下降的原因与屏蔽体的谐振有关,在内部电路设计中应避免电子设备的工作频率与屏蔽体谐振频率接近,以防止电磁泄漏的加剧。研究结果有助于研究人员深刻理解电磁屏蔽效能仿真方法及它们在实际应用中的适用性。This study employs electromagnetic simulation software to compare two methods for evaluating electromagnetic shielding effectiveness:the internal and the external radiation source method.The analysis covers the shielding effectiveness computed within the frequency range of 1 to 500 MHz,alongside empirical tests conducted at 150 MHz to validate the simulation results.The results indicate that the internal radiation source method yields a more accurate representation of the electromagnetic conditions within the shielding structure,resulting in lower yet more realistic shielding effectiveness values.Furthermore,the research identifies a significant decline in shielding effectiveness at higher frequencies,which correlates with the resonance of the shielding body.It is recommended that internal circuit designs avoid aligning the operating frequency of electronic devices with the resonant frequency of the shielding structure to mitigate the risk of increased electromagnetic leakage.These results contribute to a deeper understanding of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness simulation methods and their practical applicability.
