摘 要:赛前训练是调整和保持运动员良好竞技状态的一个重要手段,科学合理的赛前训练对于运动员在比赛中发挥最佳竞技状态至关重要。运动员个人最佳成绩的取得和赛季最佳成绩的保持归功于赛前训练的科学制订。该文从训练学的视角,围绕赛前训练的基本理论、训练的安排、注意事项,以及赛前训练研究的重要性等方面展开深入探讨,对赛前训练时间的划分、内容、负荷、手段与方法等若干问题进行详细的概述,旨在从多维度剖析赛前训练的核心价值。Pre-competition training is an important means to adjust and maintain athletes'good competitive state,and scientific and reasonable pre-competition training is very important for athletes to play in the best competitive state in the competition.The performance of the athletes'personal best and the maintenance of the season's best results are due to the scientific formulation of pre-competition training.From the perspective of Training Science,this study focuses on the basic theory of pre-competition training,training arrangement,precautions,and the importance of pre-competition training research,and provides a detailed overview of the division,content,load,means and methods of pre-competition training,aiming to analyze the core value of pre-competition training from multiple dimensions.
