摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视青年思想政治教育工作,作出了一系列重要论述。在生成逻辑上,习近平关于青年工作的重要思想是在继承马克思主义经典作家、中国共产党历代领导人以及中华优秀传统文化有关青年教育思想的基础上形成的科学理论;在核心要义上,习近平关于青年思想政治教育重要论述呈现出“为谁培养青年”“培养什么样的青年”“怎样培养青年”的逻辑脉络,对青年的政治地位、培育目标以及做好青年工作的现实路径等进行了深刻阐述;在价值意蕴上,习近平关于青年思想政治教育的重要论述作为一个深刻、完整、独特的理论体系,蕴含着关于青年思想政治教育的新论断,指明了新时代青年成长成才的发展方向,也为新时代青年思想政治教育工作提供了新的支撑点。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has assigned significant emphasis to the ideological and political education of the youth and made a series of important expositions.In terms of generation logic,Xi Jinping’s important thought on youth work is a scientific theory formed on the basis of inheriting the Marxist classical writers,leaders of the CPC of all generations and the youth education thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.In the core meaning,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth ideological and political education presents the logic of“for whom to train youth”,“for what kind of youth to train”and“how to train youth”,and profoundly expounds the political status of youth,the cultivation goal and the practical path to implement youth work.In terms of value implication,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth ideological and political education,as a profound,complete and unique theoretical system,contains new assertions on youth ideological and political education,pointing out the development direction of youth growth and development under the new era background,and providing new support points for youth ideological and political education work in the new era.
