人类命运共同体愿景下中国体育外交的战略取向与推进路径

摘　　要：我国体育外交面临着大国竞争逐步加剧、世界安全秩序进入新的动荡变革期、科技革命推动全球体育产业加速转型、东西方文化冲突增多、全球生态环境问题日益恶化等风险挑战。为应对这些风险挑战,在人类命运共同体愿景指引下,我国体育外交的战略取向与推进路径包括:坚持对话协商的政治观,推动建设平等相待、互商互谅的国际体育关系格局;秉持共建共享的安全观,积极维护和平稳定的国际体育秩序;树立合作共赢的经济观,加快构建体育产业国内国际双循环格局;遵循交流互鉴的文化观,持续输出与引进优质体育文化;弘扬绿色低碳的生态观,注重发挥体育在生态环境保护方面的示范作用。China's sports diplomacy is facing a political situation of intensified competition among major powers,a new period of turbulence in the world security order,accelerated changes in global sports industry driven by technological revolution,intensified cultural conflicts between East and West,and increasingly deteriorating global ecological environment problems.In response to these situations,guided by the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind,China's sports diplomacy should take the following strategic orientations and promotion paths:Adhere to the political concept of dialogue and consultation,promote the construction of an international sports relations pattern of equality;uphold the security concept of co-construction and sharing,actively maintain a peaceful and stable international sports order;establish an economic concept of win-win cooperation,accelerate the construction of a domestic and international dual circulation pattern in sports industry;stick to the cultural concept of exchange and mutual learning,continuously export and introduce high-quality sports culture;promote a green and low-carbon ecological concept,and emphasize the demonstration role of sports in ecological environment protection.
