摘  要:液滴操控在生命活动和工业发展中至关重要,广泛应用于生物检测、芯片实验室、医疗诊断等领域。首先概述了液滴润湿性的基本理论,随后根据是否存在外部能量输入,对被动式和主动式液滴操控技术的研究进展进行了综述。针对被动式液滴操控,介绍了通过表面几何结构和润湿梯度实现液滴操控的研究,分析了两者的优缺点;对于主动式液滴操控技术,分别探讨了电场、磁场、光场、机械力以及热刺激下的液滴操控,分析对比了5种外场作用下液滴操控的优缺点。最后总结了液滴操控领域中存在的问题,并展望了未来发展方向。Droplet manipulation is crucial in the development of life activities and industry,and has been widely used in the fields of bio-detection,lab-on-a-chip,medical diagnosis and so on.The basic theory of droplet wettability is summarized firstly,and then the research progress of passive and active droplet manipulation technologies are reviewed according to whether there is external energy input.For the passive droplet manipulation,the researches of droplet manipulation through surface geometry and wetting gradient are introduced,and advantages and disadvantages of both are analyzed.For the active droplet manipulation technology,the droplet manipulations under electric field,magnetic field,light field,mechanical force and thermal stimulation are discussed respectively,and then advantages and disadvantages of droplet manipulation under the action of five external fields are analyzed and compared.Finally,the problems in the field of droplet manipulation are summarized and the future development direction is prospected.
