摘 要:客运索道通常运行在山区或高空中,大风可能导致索道摇摆甚至脱轨或断索,运营人员需要实时监测风速,必要时采取安全措施来保障乘客和设施的安全。设计了一种基于自驱动传感技术的客运索道风速监测系统,风速监测范围为2.7~17.3 m/s,风速监测灵敏度可达9.92 Hz/(m/s),拟合优度R^(2)=0.99713,经过18000 s的测试证明了风速传感器的稳定性。风速传感装置输出的峰值功率可达1.361 W,在5 r/s的转速下验证了系统自供电能力,在84 s内将0.22 F的超级电容充电至5.17 V,使用定时器开关设计,仅需15 s便可输出一次风速信息。配合无线传输和单片机串口显示,提供了一种稳定无线监测客运索道风速信息的方法,为解决摩擦电式风速传感器的自供电问题提供了一种新的策略。Passenger ropeways usually operate in mountainous areas or high altitudes.Wind may cause the ropeway to sway or even derail or break.Operators need to monitor the wind speed in real time and take safety measures to ensure the safety of passengers and facilities when necessary.A wind speed monitoring system of passenger ropeway based on self-driven sensing technology was designed.The wind speed monitoring range is 2.7-17.3 m/s,the wind speed monitoring sensitivity can reach 9.92 Hz/(m/s),and the goodness of fit R^(2)=0.99713.The stability of the wind speed sensor is proved after a test of 18000 s.The peak power output by the wind speed sensing device can reach 1.361 W.The self-powered capability of the system is verified at a ratation speed of 5 r/s.A 0.22 F super capacitor is charged to 5.17 V within 84 s,and the timer switch is used to output a wind speed information in only 15 s.With wireless transmission and single-chip serial port display,a method for stable wireless monitoring of passenger ropeway wind speed information is provided,which provides a new strategy for the self-powered problem of triboelectric wind speed sensor.
