摘  要:电阻式柔性压力传感器因其工作范围大、结构简单等优点,在可穿戴设备领域应用广泛。为提高传感器灵敏度,提出了一种圆台-平行凸起结构的电阻式水凝胶传感器,利用丙烯酰胺(AM)制备基底水凝胶,并以Mg^(2+)和Na^(+)作为导电离子,采用基于数字光处理(DLP)的光固化3D打印方法制备传感器,并对其进行测试。对测试结果进行分析可知,AM质量分数为50%的水凝胶传感器在机械强度和导电特性方面表现出优势,在0~0.8 kPa压力范围内的灵敏度最高,达到0.534 kPa^(-1),此外,该水凝胶传感器还表现出良好的响应时间(50 ms)和恢复时间(150 ms),在1000次循环压力测试中信号保持稳定,具有良好的稳定性。通过实验验证,传感器可以对手指和腕关节弯曲角度进行检测。研究结果对于柔性传感器在可穿戴电子设备领域的应用具有一定的参考意义。Resistor-based flexible pressure sensors are widely used in the field of wearable devices due to their advantages of large operating range and simple structure.In order to enhance sensor sensitivity,a resistor hydrogel sensor with a frustum-parallel convex structure was introduced.The base hydrogel was prepared using acrylamide(AM)and Mg^(2+)and Na^(+)as conductive ions.The sensor was fabricated using photo-curing 3D printing method based on digital light processing(DLP)and subjected to experimental testing.Analysis of the test results reveals that the hydrogel sensor with 50%mass fraction AM exhibits superior mechanical strength and conductivity.It achieves a maximum sensitivity of 0.534 kPa^(-1)within the pressure range of 0-0.8 kPa.Furthermore,the hydrogel sensor demonstrates good response time(50 ms)and recovery time(150 ms),maintains stable signals during 1000 cycles of pressure testing,demonstrating excellent stability.Experimental validation shows that the sensor can detect the bending angles of fingers and wrist joint.The research results holds reference significance for the application of flexible sensors in the field of wearable electronic devices.
