摘　　要：重视和培养青年人才历来是我们党的优良传统。党的青年人才培养工作经历了从培养“革命先锋分子”到“社会主义建设者和接班人”、从“四有新人”再到“新时代青年”的历史性跨越,逐步走向成熟。百年来,党的青年人才培养工作,始终坚持党管青年的原则,以培养青年坚定的理想信念、深厚的家国情怀、吃苦耐劳的精神品格、成就事业的本领担当为目标定位,积累了丰富的工作经验。新时代新征程上,总结历史,科学分析青年在中国社会发展中的作用,从现实启示中发现青年人才的培养要始终彰显政治引领的核心地位,始终聚焦党和国家的中心任务、遵循青年成长规律,始终坚守青年全面发展的价值取向,始终坚持青年知行合一塑造人格。Valuing and cultivating young talents has always been a fine tradition of our Party.The Party's youth talent cultivation work has gone through a historic leap from cultivating"revolutionary pioneers"to"socialist builders and successors",to"four new responsibilities"and then to"young people of the new era",gradually maturing.For a hundred years,the Party's youth talent work has always adhered to the principle of the Party's management of youth,and has accumulated rich work experience with the goal of cultivating young people's firm ideals and beliefs,profound feelings of family and country,hard-working spiritual character,and ability to achieve career.On the new journey of the new era,we should summarize the history,scientifically analyze the role of youth in the development of Chinese society,find out from the realistic enlightenment that the cultivation of youth talents should always highlight the core position of political guidance,always focus on the central task of the Party and the country,follow the law of youth growth,always adhere to the value orientation of the all-round development of young people,and always adhere to the unity of knowledge and action of young people to shape their personality.
