摘　　要：实现男女平等、推动妇女解放是党和人民事业的重要组成部分。中国共产党成立之初,思想先进的青年女性率先入党,投入革命事业的洪流,领导妇女运动,许多人成为中国妇女解放运动的先驱和领袖。这些早期女党员所提出的妇女解放理论、所进行的妇女解放实践对于今天的妇女工作仍然具有指导意义。以中共早期的女性党员为研究对象,探究这一群体的身份构成、家庭背景和教育背景,回顾中国近代妇女运动的萌芽,结合这些女性革命者的成长环境、愿望诉求,挖掘她们参加革命的社会现实需要和个人动机、加入中国共产党的基本途径,通过分析她们在建设党组织、动员妇女群众、组织革命活动等方面的实践,揭示她们对中共早期建党事业和妇女解放运动作出的巨大贡献。Achieving gender equality and promoting women's liberation are important parts of the cause of the Party and the people.At the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China,young women with advanced ideas took the lead in joining the Party,throwing themselves into the torrent of revolutionary cause and leading the women's movement.Many of them became the pioneers and leaders of the Chinese women's liberation movement.The theory of women's liberation and the practice of women's liberation put forward by these early women Party members still have guiding significance for today's women's work.Taking the early female Party members of the Communist Party of China as the research object,this paper explores the identity composition,family background and educational background of this group,recalls the germination of the modern women's movement in China,combines the growth environment and aspirations of these female revolutionaries,and explores their social reality needs and personal motivations to participate in the revolution and their ways to join the Communist Party of China.By analyzing their practice in building Party organizations,mobilizing women and organizing revolutionary activities,this paper reveals their great contributions to the early stage of the Communist Party of China and the women's liberation movement.
