摘 要:传统的汽车雨刮可靠性试验是将白车身放置在台架上,挡风玻璃、雨刮电机、刮片等相关零部件安装调试到位。按照雨刮工作原理接通雨刮工作线路,在挡风玻璃上方模拟喷水,接通电源后模拟在下雨情况下考察雨刮系统工作可靠性。文章设计的智能雨刮系统,可以模拟因天气变化而自动开启雨刮系统,随雨量的变化而自动调整雨刮刮刷频率。该系统主要包括模拟雨量大小的喷淋系统和汽车智能雨刮控制系统两大部分。The traditional reliability test for car wipers involves placing the white body on a test bench and installing and debugging the windshield,wiper motor,wiper blades,and other related components in place.Connect the wiper working circuit according to the principle of wiper operation,simulate water spraying above the windshield,and test the reliability of the wiper system under rainy conditions after connecting the power supply.The intelligent wiper system designed in the article can simulate the automatic activation of the wiper system due to weather changes,and automatically adjust the wiper frequency according to changes in rainfall.The system mainly includes two parts:a sprinkler system that simulates the size of rainfall and an intelligent wiper control system for automobiles.
