摘 要:车辆在赛道上行驶时的状态有别于在常规道路上行驶,会在短时间内多次经历急加速、急制动,制动盘的温度会急剧上升,这种状态对整个制动系统都是一个巨大的考验,因此需要策划制动热害试验进行快速测试验证。制动热害试验通常有整车道路试验、虚拟仿真试验和台架试验3种方法,但道路试验存在周期长、成本高及稳定性差等问题,而虚拟仿真因制动系统模型复杂精度一般,这两种方法都不能满足项目测试需求。文章利用大功率测功机、制动台架及NI实时仿真系统集成了跑车制动热害试验台架。该台架可复现赛道中跑车制动热害失效问题,对新方案进行快速台架验证,可建立一整套制动热害台架试验方法,为项目制动系统试验验证提供可靠支持与保障。The state of the vehicle on the race track is different from that on the conventional road,and it will experience repeated sudden acceleration and braking in a short time,causing the brake disc temperature to rise sharply.This state is a huge test for the entire braking system,so it is necessary to plan brake heat damage tests for quick testing and validation.Brake heat damage tests usually have three methods:whole vehicle road tests,virtual simulation tests,and bench tests.However,road tests have problems such as long cycle and high cost,and virtual simulation tests have problems such as complex braking system models and low precision,and these two methods cannot meet the testing needs of the project.The paper uses a high-power dynamometer,a brake test rig,and the NI real-time simulation system to assemble a sports car brake heat damage test rig.The test rig can reproduce the brake heat damage failure problems on the race track,quickly verify new schemes on the test rig,and establish a complete set of brake heat damage bench test methods,providing reliable support and assurance for the braking system test verification of the project.
