摘  要:整车电器电子功能测试是整车开发十分重要的环节,而测试过程中发现的功能问题整改环节对提升客户体验和整车品质具有重要意义。以研发阶段测试过程中发现的蓝牙远控空调失效为例,从功能策略原理上进行问题分析,测试各种应用场景验证功能逻辑是否符合设计要求,并最终确定出问题根本原因,并给出几个优化改进方案,优选出一种最优更改方案。The testing of the electrical and electronic functions of the entire vehicle is a crucial part of vehicle development,and the rectification of functional issues discovered during the testing process is of great significance in improving customer experience and vehicle quality.Taking the Bluetooth remote control air conditioning failure discovered during the R&D stage as an example,this paper analyzes the problem from the perspective of functional strategy principles,tests various application scenarios to verify whether the functional logic meets the design requirements,and ultimately determines the root cause of the problem.Several optimization and improvement plans are provided,and the plan is optimized to select the best change plan.
