电控柴油车常见总线结构与故障诊断分析

摘  要:当前电控柴油车总线通信网络技术在汽车领域得到了广泛应用。为了更好地理解和解决柴油车总线网络故障,文章根据实车分析归纳出3种常见柴油车总线网络结构,分别为单一CAN总线网络、中继CAN网关网络和分支LIN总线网络。通过对这3种网络特点的分析,总结出各自常见故障的检测与诊断方法,对当前柴油车型总线网络的故障修理有较强的适用性和指导意义。At present,the bus communication network technology of electronically controlled diesel vehicle has been widely applied in the field of automobiles.In order to better understand and solve the bus network faults of diesel vehicles,this paper analyzes the common bus network structures of diesel vehicles based on the actual vehicle,and summarizes three common bus network structures of diesel vehicles,namely,single CAN bus network,relay CAN gateway network,and branched LIN bus network.Through the analysis of the characteristics of these three networks,the author summarizes the common fault detection and diagnosis methods of each network,which has strong applicability and guidance significance for the current fault repair of diesel vehicle models with bus network.
