摘　　要：文章主要介绍2例大众迈腾车起动系统故障排除案例。其中,案例1主要阐述2018款大众迈腾B8L车起动机不工作,通过检测诊断发现是发动机电控单元与起动机继电器之间线路断路,修复线路后故障排除;案例2主要阐述2010款大众迈腾车起动机运转无力,经检查是起动机内部过脏且碳刷长度不足,更换碳刷并组装起动机后故障排除,同时介绍减速起动机装配流程及起动机运转无力故障的诊断方法。This paper mainly introduces two cases of troubleshooting the starting system of Volkswagen MAGOTAN.Among them,Case 1 mainly describes that the starter of 2018 Volkswagen MAGOTAN B8L car does not work,and through detection and diagnosis,it is found that the line between the engine electronic control unit and the starter relay is broken,and the fault is removed after repairing the line.Case 2 mainly describes the 2010 Volkswagen MAGOTAN starter's inability to operate,which was found to be too dirty inside the starter and insufficient carbon brush length after inspection,troubleshooting after replacing the carbon brush and assembling the starter,and also introduces the assembly process of the deceleration starter and the diagnosis method of the starter's inability to operate.
