摘 要:学校体育场地设施环境质量问题不仅会危害学生身心健康,还会引发公民对于政府风险管理的质疑。笔者运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、目的树分析法等构建了对学校体育场地设施环境评价指标体系。研究认为,学校体育场地设施环境是在学校空间范围内,以学校体育教学、训练和师生体育活动为中心,周围一切人为建造的体育场(馆)、器材、设备和设施等物质环境和保障这些体育场地设施充分使用的制度环境的总和;提升体育场地设施质量、塑造学校体育场所精神以及优化学校中“学生——设施——运动”的关系,体现了构建评价指标体系的必要性;学校体育场地设施环境质量评价指标体系包括了安全性、适用性、经济性、美观性和开放性5个一级指标,20个二级指标和44个三级指标。The environmental quality problems of school sports venues and facilities can not only harm the physical and mental health of students,but also produce skepticism among citizens in government risk management.This study utilizes the methods of literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method and purpose tree analysis to construct an evaluation index system for the environment of school sports venues and facilities.This study suggests that the environment of school sports venues and facilities refers to the sum of the material environment,such as sports stadiums,equipment and facilities,built by humans,centered by physical education teaching,training and teacher-student sports activities,and the institutional environment that ensures the full use of these sports facilities within school space.The necessity of constructing an index system is reflected by improving the quality of sports venues and facilities,shaping the spirit of school sports venues,and optimizing the relationship among students,facilities and sports in schools.The evaluation index system for the environmental quality of school sports venues and facilities includes five primary indicators,namely safety,applicability,economy,aesthetics and openness,20 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators.
