摘　　要：文章运用三维结构系统工程的方法,从时间维分析了大型医疗建筑项目前期管理工作的程序及要点;从知识维分析了大型医疗建筑项目管理涉及的复杂专业体系和知识结构;从逻辑维研究总结了大型医疗建筑项目前期管理所需的四个基本体系——组织管理、信息管理、质量管理和医疗专业知识管理系统,最终构建了一套科学、高效的医疗项目前期管理构架,以期为同类项目的管理实践提供参考。This study employs the three-dimensional structural systems engineering approach to analyze the procedures and key points of preliminary management work in large-scale medical building projects from a temporal dimension;it examines the complex professional system and knowledge structure involved in the management of large-scale medical building projects from a knowledge dimension;and it summarizes the four fundamental systems required for the preliminary management of large-scale medical building projects-organizational management,information management,quality management,and medical professional knowledge management systems-from a logical dimension.Ultimately,a scientific and efficient framework for the preliminary management of medical projects is constructed,aiming to provide a reference for the management practice of similar projects.
