摘 要:研究了HNBR并用量对ACM/HNBR硫化胶硫化特性、动态力学性能、物理机械性能、耐低温性的影响。结果表明,当HNBR并用量超过30份后,即可提高共混胶的硫化程度,使得储能模量G′升高,损耗因子tanδ降低;其中,当HNBR并用量为50份时,与纯ACM相比,其老化前拉伸强度提高了47.9%,拉断伸长率提高了64.2%,耐磨性提高了30%,回弹性提高了88%,此外,HNBR的并用也明显改善了共混胶的抗应力松弛性,明显提高了共混胶老化后拉伸性能。The effects of HNBR dosage on the vulcanization properties,dynamic mechanical properties,physical mechanical properties and low temperature resistance of ACM/HNBR vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that when the HNBR dosage exceeded 30 phr,the vulcanization state of the blend could be improved,the storage modulus G′could be increased,and the loss factor tanδcould be decreased.Among them,when the dosage of HNBR was 50 phr,compared with pure ACM,the tensile strength before aging was increased by 47.9%,the elongation at break was increased by 64.2%,the wear resistance was increased by 30%,the resilience was increased by 88%,and the low temperature resistance was increased by 65%.In addition,the use of HNBR also significantly improved the stress relaxation resistance of the blend.The tensile properties of the blend after aging were obviously improved.
