摘 要:分析研究了橡胶材料老化后的应力-应变性能,并进行了有限元验证试验。通过老化拉伸实验数据,使用两种超弹性本构模型建立有限元模型,分析有限元与试验的拟合度。结果表明,随着老化温度和时间增加,橡胶物理力学性能显著变化,Yeoh模型在描述老化橡胶行为上更优。为橡胶材料老化性能评估提供数值分析方法,对工程应用中性能变化提供理论依据。The stress-strain behavior of rubber materials after aging were analyzed and studied,and finite element verification test was carried out.Based on the aging tensile test data,a finite element model was established using two hyperelastic constitutive models to analyze the fit between the finite element model and the test.The results showed that with the increase of aging temperature and time,the physical and mechanical properties of rubber changed significantly,and the Yeoh model was better in describing the behavior of aged rubber.The study provided a numerical analysis methods for the evaluating the aging performance of rubber materials and a theoretical basis for performance change in engineering applications.
