摘　　要：[目的]探讨鲈、鳢和鳜对微量营养素即维生素和矿物质的需求量以及维生素和矿物质对鲈、鳢和鳜的健康状况、生产效率、繁殖能力以及免疫功能等方面的影响。[方法]通过查阅目前国内外有关鲈、鳢和鳜饲料中微量营养需求、影响鱼体吸收的因素以及各营养素之间作用机制的研究文献并进行总结。[结果]微量营养素对鲈、鳢和鳜的生长、发育、免疫及抗应激能力有着极为重要的作用,但摄入量过多或过少都对机体有着不利的影响。[结论]鲈、鳢和鳜微量营养需求的研究还不完善,对鳜的微量营养研究几乎是空白,还需要进一步深入研究为研发鲈、鳢与鳜营养全面、绿色且健康的配合饲料提供参考。[Objectives]The requirements of trace nutrients including vitamins and minerals for Microp terus salmonides,Channa argus,and Siniperca chuatsi and the effects of vitamins and minerals on the health status,production efficiency,reproduction capacity,and immune function of Micropterus salmonides,Channa argus,and Siniperca chuatsi were reviewed.[Methods]The trace nutrient requirements in the feed of Microp terus salmonides,Channa argus and Siniperca chuatsi,the factors affecting fish absorption,and the mecha nisms of interaction between various nutrients were summarized by reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad.[Results]Trace nutrients play an extremely important role in the growth,development,immunity,and stress resistance of Micropterus salmonides,Channa argus,and Siniperca chuatsi,but excessive or insufficient intake can have adverse effects on the body.[Conclusions]The studies on the requirements of trace nutrients for Micropterus salmonides,Channa argus and Siniperca chuatsi is still incomplete,and there is almost blank on studying the requirements of trace nutrients for Siniperca chuatsi.Further in-depth researches are needed to pro vide reference for the development of comprehensively nutritional,green,and healthy compound feed for Mi cropterus salmonides,Channa argus and Siniperca chuatsi.
