摘 要:医教协同是提升医学人才培养质量的重要途径,是新时代医学教育改革发展的必由之路,其中医教协同育人模式下高职医学生的心理健康教育任务艰巨。黄冈职业技术学院高度重视医教协同育人模式下医学生心理健康教育。文章从八个方面进行了探索和实践:建立心理健康教育体制机制、提高对心理健康教育认识、加强心理健康师资队伍建设、改革心理健康教育课程体系、开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动、明确不同阶段心理健康教育重点任务、探索教育质量考核评价机制、建立家校协同合作育人平台。Medical education collaboration is an important way to improve the quality of medical personnel training,and it is the only way for the reform and development of medical education in the new era.Among them,the task of mental health education for higher vocational medical students under the mode of medical education collaboration is arduous.Huanggang Vocational and Technical College attaches great importance to the mental health education of medical students under the mode of collaborative education of medical education,and has carried out exploration and practice from eight aspects:to establish a mental health education system and mechanism,improve the understanding of mental health education,strengthen the construction of mental health teachers,reform the curriculum system of mental health education,carry out a variety of second class activities,clarify the key tasks of mental health education at different stages,explore the education quality assessment mechanism,and establish a home-school cooperative education platform.
