摘　　要：针对植入式医疗电子设备面临的设备和数据处理应用平台被恶意控制、个人隐私数据泄露等数据安全风险,基于法律、技术、管理3个维度提出完善植入式医疗电子设备数据采集处理的标准规范、开展基于业务场景的数据分类分级保护、加强数据安全前沿技术在数据安全治理全流程应用等措施,促进植入式医疗电子设备的安全运用,保护患者生命健康安全和个人隐私信息。This study examines the data security vulnerabilities associated with implantable medical electronic Devices(IMEDS),including unauthorized control of devices and data processing application platforms,and the leakage of personal privacy information.Based on the three dimensions of law,technology and management,the paper proposes measures to improve the standards for data collection and processing of IMEDS,carry out data classification and graded protection based on operational scenarios,and strengthen the application of cutting-edge data security technologies in the whole-process of data security governance,so as to promote the safe application of IMEDS in the medical field,thereby protecting patients'lives,health safety and personal privacy.
