摘　　要：目的:构建错峰探视管理系统,优化医院探视管理流程,提高管理效率。方法:依托医院HIS系统,设计错峰探视管理系统模块,实现预警、互斥、闭环功能及医院探视管理的智能化。结果:系统的应用使探视管理井然有序,降低了感染风险,患者满意度由3.12分上升至4.95分。同时,医院安保部门实时掌握在院家属人员信息和分布,为突发事件应急做好准备。结论:错峰探视管理系统实现了医院探视信息化管理,有效提高了探视管理效率。Objective To optimize the process of hospital visitation management and improve management efficiency by constructing a staggered visitation management system.Methods Based on the hospital information system(HIS) platform,the module of staggered visitation management system was designed to realize the functions of early warning,mutual exclusion,closed-loop and intelligent hospital visitation management.Results After applying the system,patient satisfaction increased from 3.12 to 4.95 points.The application of the system made the visitation management well organized and reduced the risk of infection.At the same time,the hospital security department grasped the information and distribution of family members in the hospital in real-time to be prepared for emergencies and contingencies.Conclusion The staggered visitation management system can realize the hospital visitation information management and effectively improve the visitation management efficiency.
