习近平文化思想视域下乡村文化振兴的价值意义与实践路径

摘　　要：习近平文化思想是乡村文化振兴的理论指导和行动指南,以习近平文化思想为乡村振兴铸魂,提升乡村文化振兴的视野和格局,坚持目标导向、宗旨导向和创新导向,从更高的哲学站位和更深的历史逻辑推进乡村文化振兴,为农业强农村美农民富筑牢强大思想保障。乡村文化振兴在乡村振兴全局工作中居于突出位置,贯穿乡村振兴全维度全过程,是各维度的黏合剂与动力源,对于引领保障乡村全面振兴具有重要的价值意义,是新业态发展的重要支点、新农人培育的内在需求、新农村生活的关键因素、新乡风构建的重要力量。新时代乡村文化振兴要以习近平文化思想为指引,立足中国式现代化建设的本质特征和历史方位,以文化产业升级为引擎,培育文化新质生产力;以文化主体培育为根本,提振农村精神风貌;以文化空间构建为重点,促进和美乡村建设;以文化机制建设为关键,提升乡村治理效能。将文化振兴融入乡村振兴各领域全过程,增进乡民文化自信与自觉,推进优秀乡土文化创造性转化、创新性发展,服务促进农业全面升级、农村全面进步和农民全面发展。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture serves as the theoretical compass and practical manual for the revitalization of rural culture,imbuing the essence of rural revitalization with its principles.It elevates the vision and depth of rural cultural revitalization by adhering to directional goals,purposeful aims,and innovative approaches.By advancing the renewal of rural culture from a higher philosophical vantage point and a more profound historical perspective,it forges a robust ideological foundation for the prosperity of agriculture,the beauty of rural landscapes,and the enrichment of farmers.The revitalization of rural culture plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive strategy of rural revitalization,permeating all dimensions and stages of the process.It acts as the cohesive and propelling force across various domains,holding significant value in guiding and guaranteeing the overall rejuvenation of rural areas.It is a crucial fulcrum for the emergence of new business models,an intrinsic requirement for nurturing a new generation of farmers,a decisive element in the new rural lifestyle,and a vital component in shaping a positive rural ambiance.In the contemporary era,the revitalization of rural culture should be underpinned by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.It must align with the fundamental characteristics and historical trajectory of China's path to modernization.With the advancement of the cultural industry as its engine,it aims to cultivate new cultural productivity;grounded in the development of cultural agents,it seeks to uplift the rural ethos;focusing on the creation of cultural spaces,it drives the development of picturesque rural environments;and by establishing cultural systems,it enhances the efficacy of rural governance.The integration of cultural revitalization into the entire rural rejuvenation process will bolster the cultural confidence and awareness of rural inhabitants,stimulate the creative transformation and innovative growth of exceptional local cultures,and ultimately serve the comprehensive upgra
