季鏻盐抗菌剂的结构优化及其在抗菌聚碳酸酯中的应用研究

摘  要:设计合成了具有不同端烯烷基链长度的季鏻盐抗菌剂(Anion-TPP-x,x代表不同烷基链长),在此基础上进一步对季鏻盐的阴离子基团进行优选,以实现满足聚碳酸酯(PC)加工条件的耐热要求,并系统研究该抗菌剂对所制备的抗菌PC材料力学性能、透光率、抗菌活性等性能的影响。实验结果表明,以四氟硼酸根(FB)和三氟甲磺酸根(TFMS)为阴离子的季鏻盐抗菌剂具有良好的耐热性能,能够满足PC的加工温度要求。此外,随着FB-TPP-x和TFMS-TPP-x抗菌剂含量的提高,抗菌PC的黄色指数会明显增大且透光率降低,FB-TPP-x由于折光系数与PC树脂基体更接近,对抗菌PC样品的外观影响更小。FB-TPP-x表现出更高的抗菌效率,质量分数为2%时,抗菌PC对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌率均可达90%以上,但是其冲击强度会有较为明显的衰减,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量的保持率较高。A series of quaternary phosphonium salt antibacterial agents(Anion-TPP-x)with x-different terminal alkenyl alkyl chain lengths were designed and synthesized.Based on this,further optimizations of the anion groups of the quaternary phosphonium salts were conducted to meet the heat resistance requirements for polycarbonate(PC)processing conditions.The effects of the antibacterial agent on the mechanical properties,transmittance,antibacterial activity,and other properties of the prepared antibacterial PC materials were systematically studied.The experimental results indicate that the quaternary phosphonium salt antibacterial agents with BF-4(FB)and CF 3 SO-3(TFMS)anions show good thermal stability,which are compatible with PC processing temperatures.With the increasing concentrations of FB-TPP-x and TFMS-TPP-x,the yellow index of antibacterial PC increases while light transmittance decreases.FB-TPP-x has a minor influence on the appearance of antibacterial PC for its refractive index is closer to that of pure PC.FB-TPP-x exhibits higher antibacterial efficiency.Antibacterial PC with a 2%mass fraction FB-TPP-x achieves an antibacterial rate of over 90%against staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.However,the impact strength of antibacterial PC shows a significant decline,while the retention rates of tensile strength,bending strength,and bending modulus remain relatively high.
