摘  要:宁春63号是宁夏农林科学院农作物研究所以春小麦引进品种(系)巴02-509和自育品种宁春35号杂交,杂交后代采用小麦与玉米杂交产生的单倍体育种方法,幼胚经过组织培养和染色体加倍定向选育而成的春小麦新品种。宁春63号在植物学特征特性和部分农艺性状上继承和遗传了亲本宁春35号的遗传性状,在产量及产量构成因素、品质和抗病性上均较宁春4号有了较大改良和提高,是单倍体育种与生物技术育种结合的成功典例。Ningchun No.63 is a new spring wheat variety,which is a hybrid of introduced spring wheat Ba 02-509 and Ningchun No.35 bred by the Crop Institute,Ningxia Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.The offspring of the hybrid were by the breeding method with the haploid generated by crossing wheat and corn,and the young embryos were selected by tissue culture and chromosome doubling.Ningchun No.63 inherits the genetic traits of its parent Ningchun No.35 in botanical characteristics and some agronomic traits.Compared with Ningchun No.4,Ningchun No.63 has improved greatly in yield,yield composition,quality and disease resistance.It is a successful example of the combination of haploid breeding and biotechnology breeding.
