摘　　要：棉锦弹力罗马布采用传统缸内前处理工艺加工,布面鸡爪痕多、毛羽多、耗时耗能,采用平幅加工则可避免上述问题。针织物平幅长车前处理设备节能高效结合无磷精炼剂TF-1888N对棉锦弹力罗马坯布进行低温平幅长车炼漂处理,白度、毛效、强力等半制品质量符合染色印花需求,且布面折痕小、毛羽少、幅宽稳定、效率高、成本低、产品质量稳定,适宜推广。The cotton brocade elastic Roman cloth is processed by traditional in-cylinder pre-treatment process.The cloth has many chicken claw marks,more hairiness and time-consuming energy consumption.If the flat processing is used,the above problems can be avoided.The energy-saving and high-efficiency flat-width long-turn pretreatment equipment for knitted fabrics combined with phosphorus-free re fining agent TF-1888 N to carry out low-temperature flat-width long-turn re fining and bleaching treatment on cotton-bronze elastic Roman grey fabric.The quality of semi-finished products such as whiteness,capillary effect and strength meets the requirements of dyeing and printing,and the fabric has small creases,less hairiness,stable width,high efficiency,low cost and stable product quality,which is suitable for promotion.
