高校大学生毽球运动现状的调查分析

摘　　要：毽球运动不仅具有娱乐性、观赏性、健身性和竞技性等特点,而且易达到多元运动健身的价值,因此被越来越多的人认可。虽然它已经逐步进入校园,成为现代高校的体育选修课程,但认知不足、轻视慢待等问题仍制约着毽球运动的发展。针对这种现状,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和统计分析方法对大学生毽球运动的学习状况进行了研究。结果表明,虽然大学生非常愿意参与毽球运动以及相关的专业学习和指导,但受到现有毽球训练方式单一(侧重于单人训练)、场地设施不规范和课程评价体制陈旧等因素的影响,大学生参与毽球运动的积极性仍显不足。因此,学校在增加毽球运动多人组合训练、花样训练等融合训练模式的同时,也需要充分重视毽球运动场地提供和政策等方面的保障和支持。Shuttlecock is not only entertaining,ornamental,fitness,competitive and so on,but also easy to achieve the value of multiple sports fitness,so it is accepted by more and more people.Although it has gradually entered the campus and become an elective course in modern universities,there are still problems such as lack of cognition,which restrict the development of shuttlecock.In view of this situation,this paper investigates and analyzes the learning status of the shuttlecock sports of the college students by literature review,questionnaire survey and the statistical methods of the variance detection method,card method and t-test.The results indicate that although college students are very willing to participate in shuttlecock sports and related professional learning and guidance,their enthusiasm for participating in shuttlecock sports is still insufficient due to factors such as the existing single player training method,non-standard venue facilities,and outdated course evaluation system.Therefore,while schools should increase the integration of training modes such as multi person combination training and pattern training for shuttlecock sports,they also need to give full attention to providing guarantees and support in terms of venues,policies,and other aspects for shuttlecock sports.
