摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加包被叶酸对泌乳早期奶牛产奶性能、繁殖性能及生殖激素的影响。试验选用产后5 w的荷斯坦奶牛80头,随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头。A组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,B组、C组、D组分别在基础饲粮中添加35、70、105 mg/(头·d)的包被叶酸。预试期7 d,正式试验期82 d。结果显示,C组、D组的8月的产奶量显著高于A组(P<0.05);C组9月的乳蛋白率显著高于A组、B组、D组(P<0.05)。C组、D组的首次配种受胎率分别比A组增加了2.95%、5.25%,150 d的妊娠率分别比A组增加了5.88%、2.02%。21 d时,A组的雌二醇(E_(2))含量显著高于C组、D组(P<0.05),C组、D组的孕酮(P_(4))含量显著高于A组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加70 mg/(头·d)的包被叶酸有助于提高规模化牧场高产奶牛的产奶性能和繁殖性能。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of coated folic acid supplementation in feed on the milk production performance,reproductive performance,and reproductive hormone levels in early lactation dairy cows.A total of 80 Holstein cows were selected five weeks postpartum and randomly divided into four groups with 20 replicates in each group and one cows per replicate.Group A(control group)was fed a basal diet,while Groups B,C,and D were supplemented with 35,70,105 mg/(cow·day)of encapsulated folic acid in their basal diet,respectively.The preliminary period lasted for seven days,and the formal experimental period was 82 days.The results showed that Groups C and D had significantly higher milk production in August compared to Group A(P<0.05).In September,Group C had a significantly higher milk protein percentage than Groups A,B,and D(P<0.05).The first service conception rate for Groups C and D increased by 2.95%and 5.25%,respectively,compared to Group A,and the pregnancy rate at 150 days increased by 5.88%and 2.02%,respectively.At day 21,the estradiol(E2)content in Group A was significantly higher than in Groups C and D(P<0.05),while the progesterone(P4)content in Groups C and D was significantly higher than in Group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that the supplementation of 70 mg/(cow·day)of encapsulated folic acid in the diet can help improve the milk production and reproductive performance of high-yielding dairy cows in large-scale dairy farms.
