摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同比例柞树叶对育肥辽宁绒山羊的饲喂效果。选择2岁左右、体重(48.57±1.98)kg的辽宁绒山羊32只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复(公、母各半),每个重复2只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组、2组、3组分别饲喂含5%、10%和20%柞树叶的饲粮。预试期15 d,正式试验期45 d。结果显示:试验3组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验3组的单位增重成本最低,每只羊比对照组每天多盈利1.15元;试验2组肌肉失水率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,柞树叶可以作为辽宁绒山羊育肥期的优质粗饲料,添加比例为20%效果较好。The experiment aimed to investigate the feeding effect of different proportions of oak leaves on fattening Liaoning cashmere goats.A total of 32 Liaoning cashmere goats aged about two years old,weighing(48.57±1.98)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group(half male and half female),and two goats per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups 1,2,and 3 were fed diets containing 5%,10%,and 20%oak leaves,respectively.The preliminary trial period was 15 days,and the formal experimental period was 45 days.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of experimental group 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cost per unit weight gain of experimental group 3 was the lowest,with an additional profit of 1.15 yuan per goat per day compared to the control group.The muscle water loss rate of experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that oak leaves can serve as a high-quality roughage during the fattening period of Liaoning cashmere goats,and the effect is better when the addition ratio is 20%.
