摘  要:试验旨在研究富硒蝇蛆粉对镉(Cd)暴露鲤鱼生长性能、组织Cd含量、微量元素、金属转运基因表达及肠道结构的影响。随机选取360尾体重约40 g的健康鲤鱼,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15尾,对照组、Cd暴露组(1 mg/L)、亚硒酸钠处理组(硒0.25 mg/kg)及富硒蝇蛆粉组(30%含硒527μg/kg的富硒蝇蛆粉),试验期4 w。结果显示,各试验组鲤鱼的末重、增重和特定生长率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);亚硒酸钠组和富硒蝇蛆粉组的增重率、特定生长率和肥满度显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05);富硒蝇蛆粉组的蛋白质效率显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05)。富硒蝇蛆粉组与亚硒酸钠组鲤鱼肝脏、肠道、肌肉及肾脏Cd含量均显著低于Cd暴露组(P<0.05),富硒蝇蛆粉组显著低于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05)。富硒蝇蛆粉组与亚硒酸钠组大部分各器官中锌、铜、铁含量显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05)。亚硒酸钠组和富硒蝇蛆粉组肠道锌转运体1(Znt1)和铜转运体1(CTR1)表达量显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05),富硒蝇蛆粉组肠道二价金属转运体1(DMT1)表达量显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05)。富硒蝇蛆粉组肠道绒毛长度显著高于Cd暴露组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饲料中添加亚硒酸钠与富硒蝇蛆粉,可有效抑制Cd暴露鲤鱼的内脏Cd沉积,提高微量元素含量,激活金属转运蛋白基因表达,并改善肠道结构,富硒蝇蛆粉组效果最优。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of selenium-enriched fly maggot powder on the growth performance,Cd content,microelement,metal transporter gene expression,and intestinal structure of cadmium-exposed carp.A total of 360 healthy carp with body weight of about 40 g were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 15 carp per replicate,control group,Cd exposure group(1 mg/L),sodium selenite treatment group(0.25 mg/kg selenium)and selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group(30%selenium-enriched fly maggot powder containing 527μg/kg selenium).The experiment lasted for 4 w.The results showed that the final weight,weight gain,and specific growth rate of carp in experimental groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The weight gain rate,specific growth rate and fatness of sodium selenite group and selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group were significantly higher than those of Cd exposure group(P<0.05).The protein efficiency of selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group was significantly higher than that of Cd exposed group(P<0.05).The concentrations of Cd in liver,intestine,muscle and kidney of carp in selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group and sodium selenite group were significantly lower than those in Cd exposure group(P<0.05),and those in selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group were significantly lower than those in sodium selenite group(P<0.05).The concentrations of zinc,copper and iron in most organs of selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group and sodium selenite group were significantly higher than those of Cd exposure group(P<0.05).The expressions of zinc transporter 1(Znt1)and copper transporter 1(CTR1)in intestinal tract of sodium selenite group and selenium-enriched fly maggot powder group were significantly higher than those of Cd exposure group(P<0.05),and the expression of divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1)in intestinal tract of selenium-enriched fly
