摘　　要：五味子具有敛肺滋肾、生津收汗、保肝等功效,含有木脂素、多糖、挥发油、萜类等活性成分。五味子能够增强动物的免疫和抗氧化功能,提高动物的生长性能,改善畜产品品质,在动物生产中具有广泛的应用前景。目前,五味子在猪和鸡的生产中应用较为广泛。文章阐述了五味子主要活性成分的生物学功能和作用机制,综述了五味子在畜牧生产中应用的研究进展,为五味子在动物生产中的推广与利用提供参考。Schisandra chinensis possesses the effects of consolidating the lungs and nourishing the kidneys,producing body fluids and stopping sweating,and protecting the liver.It contains active components such as lignans,polysaccharides,volatile oils,and terpenoids.Schisandra chinensis can enhance the immune and antioxidant functions of animals,improve the growth performance of animals,and improve the quality of livestock products,which has a broad application prospect in animal production.At present,Schisandra chinensis is widely used in the production of pigs and chickens.The article elaborates on the biological functions and mechanisms of action of the main active components of Schisandra chinensis,reviews the research progress of Schisandra chinensis in animal production,which provided reference for the promotion and utilization of Schisandra chinensis in animal production.
