摘 要:通过对45#钢基材表面高速激光熔覆431不锈钢涂层的组织分析与耐磨耐腐蚀性能进行研究,旨在探讨不同激光功率下的影响规律,为优化涂层制备工艺提供理论支持。分别制备了功率为6000W、5500W、5000W、4500W、4000W、3500W六种样品,在功率3500W时涂层出现粉末未融化的缺陷。对样品涂层进行金相组织、耐腐蚀性能、力学性能分析,结果表明功率在4000W时耐腐蚀性能最佳(R_(P)值为964848Ω,I_(corr)值为0.132μA·cm^(-2)),耐磨性能在功率为5500W、5000W、4500W、4000W范围内最佳(摩擦系数平均在0.6左右,磨损量平均在1.6mg左右)。In this paper,the microstructure and wear resistance of 431 stainless steel coating on the surface of 45#Steel substrate by high-speed laser cladding were studied,aiming to explore the influence rule under different laser power,and provide theoretical support for optimizing the coating preparation process.Six kinds of samples with power of 6000W,5500W,5000W,4500W,4000W and 3500W were prepared respectively.At the power of 3500W,the coating powder did not melt.The microstructure,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the sample coating were analyzed.The results showed that the corrosion resistance was the best when the power was 4000W(R_(P)value was 964848Ω,I_(corr)value was 0.132μA·cm^(-2)).The wear resistance is best in the power range of 5500W,5000W,4500W,4000W(the average friction coefficient is about 0.6,the average wear amount is about 1.6mg).
