钒掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷的制备及介电性能研究

摘  要:以纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))、八水合氢氧化钡[Ba(OH)_(2)·8H_(2)O]和五氧化二钒(V_(2)O_(5))为原料制备了钒掺杂钛酸钡粉体,通过XRD、SEM等表征手段优化其制备工艺,并进一步烧制成陶瓷研究其介电性能。结果表明,钒掺杂钛酸钡粉体的最佳制备工艺如下:采用熔盐法、烧结温度为1000℃、熔盐比n(NaCl)∶n(KCl)为5∶5、钒掺杂量n(TiO_(2))∶n(Ba(OH)_(2)·8H_(2)O)∶n(V_(2)O_(5))为1∶1∶0.10;在相同频率下,钒掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷的相对介电常数随着温度的升高整体呈上升趋势;在相同温度下,相对介电常数随着频率的增大整体呈上升趋势。We prepared vanadium-doped barium titanate powder by using nano-titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),barium hydroxide octahydrate(Ba(OH)_(2)·8H_(2)O),and vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5))as raw materials,and optimized the preparation process by characterization methods including XRD and SEM.Moreover,we fired the vanadium-doped barium titanate ceramics and investigated their dielectric property.The results show that the optimum preparation process of vanadium-doped barium titanate powder is as follows:molten salt method is adopted,the sintering temperature is 1000℃,the molten salt ratio n(NaCl)∶n(KCl)is 5∶5,the vanadium-doped content n(TiO_(2))∶n(Ba(OH)_(2)·8H_(2)O)∶n(V_(2)O_(5))is 1∶1∶0.10.The relative dielectric constant of the ceramics increases with the increase of temperature at the same frequency.In addition,the relative dielectric constant of the ceramics increases with the increase of frequency at the same temperature.
