摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法优化栾树种仁油的提取工艺,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱、气相色谱、高效液相色谱等方法,对栾树种仁油的理化性质、结构特征、脂肪酸组成、维生素E含量及抗氧化活性进行分析。结果表明,栾树种仁油的最优提取工艺为:液料比40∶1(mL∶g)、浸提时间16 h、浸提温度30℃,在此条件下种仁油的提取率为24.98%,与模型预测值接近;种仁油酸值为0.73 mg·g^(-1),过氧化值为2.9 mmol·kg^(-1);种仁油含有22种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸有12种;种仁油的维生素E含量为36.95 mg·(100 g)-1;种仁油对DPPH自由基有较强的清除作用,具有较好的抗氧化活性。为栾树种仁油在食品、化妆品和工业方面的应用提供了理论基础。Based on single-factor experiments,we optimized the extraction process of seed oil from Koelreuteria paniculate Laxm.by response surface methodologies.Moreover,we analyzed the physicochemical properties,structural characteristics,fatty acid composition,vitamin E content,and antioxidant activity of seed oil from Koelreuteria paniculate Laxm.by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography,and high performance liquid chromatography.The results show that the optimal extraction process for seed oil from Koelreuteria paniculate Laxm.is as follows:the liquid-solid ratio of 40∶1(mL∶g),the extraction time of 16 h,and the extraction temperature of 30℃.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of seed oil is 24.98%,which is close to the predicted value by the model.The acid value of seed oil is 0.73 mg·g^(-1),and the peroxide value is 2.9 mmol·kg^(-1).Seed oil contains 22 fatty acids,including 12 unsaturated fatty acids.The vitamin E content of seed oil is 36.95 mg·(100 g)-1.Furthermore,the seed oil exhibits strong scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals and has good antioxidant activity,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of seed oil from Koelreuteria paniculate Laxm.in food,cosmetics,and industry.
