摘　　要：将华电集团《电力安全工作规程》学习培训与角色扮演游戏的互动性、沉浸式体验相结合,设计一款学习培训游戏App,模拟真实工作场景,让员工在游戏中扮演不同角色,完成操作任务并应对各种电力安全相关的安全风险和挑战,进而获得自身能力的提升。Based on the learning and training of China Huadian Corporation's "Electrical Safety Work Regulations" integrated with the interactive and immersive experience of role-playing game(RPG) in Fengjie power plant,a tailored RPG-based game App for learning and training is design,which simulates real working scenarios,enabling employees to play diverse roles in the game,fulfilling operational tasks,and dealing with various safety risks and challenges related to power safety,thereby enhancing their own capabilities.
