化痰祛瘀方联合双抗血小板方案治疗痰瘀互结型胸痹心痛病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰祛瘀方联合双抗血小板方案治疗痰瘀互结型胸痹心痛病(不稳定型心绞痛)的临床疗效。方法选取苏州市中医医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的痰瘀互结型胸痹心痛病患者60例,随机分成对照组与治疗组,每组30例,对照组采用双抗血小板方案治疗,治疗组采用化痰祛瘀方联合双抗血小板方案治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗疗效、炎症因子水平与心肌损伤指标。结果治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,相较于对照组,治疗组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05),中医证候疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论化痰祛瘀方联合双抗血小板方案治疗痰瘀互结型胸痹心痛病疗效较好,并能有效改善患者中医症状,缓解炎症反应并减轻心肌损伤。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Quyu decoction[a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction with the effect of dissipating phlegm and blood stasis]combined with dual antiplatelet regimen in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis intermingled thoracic obstruction and heartache(unstable angina pectoris).Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracic obstruction and heartache of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and a treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with dual antiplatelet regimen,while the treatment group was treated with Huatan Quyu decoction combined with dual antiplatelet regimen.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory cytokine levels and myocardial injury markers were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect on TCM syndrome was better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Quyu decoction combined with dual antiplatelet regimen is effective in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,which can effectively improve TCM symptoms,relieve inflammatory reactions,and alleviate myocardial injury.
