大型清洗消毒机在消毒供应中心的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨大型清洗消毒机在消毒供应中心的应用价值。方法选取2023年1-6月四川大学华西医院的104台大型医疗器械为研究对象,随机将其分为机洗组和手工组,每组52台。手工组给予手工清洗消毒,机洗组给予大型清洗消毒机清洗消毒,比较两组清洗消毒的时间、费用、效果及满意度。结果机洗组清洗消毒时间、费用低于手工组(P<0.05);机洗组清洗消毒镜检、模拟污染物及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测实验合格率高于手工组(P<0.05),机洗组细菌残留率低于手工组(P<0.05);机洗组护士、工勤人员对大型医疗器械清洗消毒效果的满意率高于手工组(P<0.05)。结论大型清洗消毒机可减少大型医疗器械的清洗消毒时间、费用,提高清洗消毒效果,且护士、工勤人员对清洗消毒效果的满意度更高。Objective To discuss the application value of large cleaning and disinfecting machine in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 104 large medical devices in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a machine washing group(n=52)and a manual group(n=52).The medical devices in the manual group were given manual cleaning and disinfection,while those in the machine washing group were cleaned and disinfected by large cleaning and disinfecting machine.The time,cost,effect and satisfaction of cleaning and disinfection were compared between the two groups.Results The time and cost of cleaning and disinfection in the machine washing group were lower than those in the manual group(P<0.05).The qualified rates of magnifier inspection,simulated pollutants and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)test of the cleaning and disinfection in the machine washing group were higher than those in the manual group(P<0.05).The residual rate of bacteria in the machine washing group was lower than that in the manual group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses and staff in the machine washing group was higher than that in the manual group(P<0.05).Conclusion Large cleaning and disinfecting machine can reduce the time and cost of cleaning and disinfection of large medical devices,improve the cleaning and disinfecting effect,and increase the satisfaction of doctors and nurses with the cleaning and disinfection effect.
