TPO防水卷材与金属板粘合用卷材涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：研制了一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘合用卷材涂料,重点研究了影响覆膜金属板综合性能特别是漆膜对基材及TPO膜粘合性能的一些主要因素。包括聚酯树脂、固化剂、氯化聚烯烃及涂装工艺对覆膜金属板性能的影响。结果表明,聚酯树脂的相对分子质量、羟值和玻璃化温度(T_(g))对覆膜金属板综合性能影响较大;当选择T_(g)为30℃的C1223聚酯树脂,固化剂A/CYMEL303比例为6∶4时,CPP树脂用量为5%时,且基材板温控制在224~241℃,漆膜膜厚控制在16μm左右时得到的各项性能最优;覆TPO膜后的板面平整,杯突后板面漆膜和TPO膜未鼓泡脱落,粘结强度高,密合性优异,覆膜金属板整体性能可达到客户实际使用要求。A kind of coil coating which is used for the adhesion between waterproof coil TPO and metal plate has been developed.The main factors affecting the comprehensive properties of coated metal plate are investigated,including polyester resin,curing agent,chlorinated polyolefin and coating process.The results show that the factors having great influence on the comprehensive properties of coated metal sheet are the relative molecular weight,hydroxyl value and glass transition temperature of polyester resin.The optimal properties are obtained when using C1223 with T_(g)of 30℃as the first polyester resi,the ratio of curing agent A/CYMEL303 is 6:4,the dosage of CPP is 5%,the substrate temperature is from 224 to 241℃,and the film thickness is about 16μm.In addition,there are no peeling and bulge on the surface of film and TPO film.The bonding strength is high and the adhesion is excellent.The overall performance of the coated metal plate can meet the actual requirements of customers.
