摘 要:对比了不同改性剂改性超细硫酸钡与未作处理的超细硫酸钡在水性环氧酯底漆中的应用性能。对其常规的机械性能,初期耐水性、耐盐雾性能、耐常温去离子水、耐0.1 mol/L硫酸、耐0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠等性能进行了研究,结果显示,钛酸酯偶联剂改性的硫酸钡可显著提升其耐酸以及耐水性能,而烷基硅烷和环氧基硅烷改性后的硫酸钡对各项耐性没有明显提升,甚至出现一定程度的下降。The application properties of barium sulfate modified by different modifiers and untreated barium sulfate in waterborne epoxy ester primer are compared.The conventional mechanical properties,such as initial water resistance,salt spray resistance,resistance to deionized water at room temperature,resistance to 0.1mol/L sulfuric acid,resistance to 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide,etc.,are studied.The results show that the surface modification of barium sulfate with silane and titanate coupling agent significantly improves its dispersion,gloss,hardness and adhesion properties.However,the acid resistance and water resistance of barium sulfate modified by titanate coupling agent can be significantly improved while the resistance of barium sulfate modified by alkyl silane and epoxy-silane is not significantly improved,and even decreases to a certain extent.
