东北油豆角蓟马室内药剂筛选及田间防效试验

摘　　要：[目的]筛选出防治东北油豆角蓟马高效、低毒、安全的农药。[方法]选用乙基多杀菌素、溴氰虫酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐等7种药剂对东北油豆角蓟马进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,分别对致死率、LC_(50)、虫口减退率、校正防治效果4项指标进行分析。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明,从致死中浓度来看,溴氰虫酰胺和啶虫脒室内药效较好且对东北油豆角安全,LC_(50)均在0.000 3以下;田间防效试验结果表明,从速效性和持效性整体来看,溴氰虫酰胺、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、啶虫脒这3种药剂效果较好,田间药效试验结果与室内毒力测定结果相吻合,溴氰虫酰胺和啶虫脒药后1 d防效分别为75.64%和73.83%,7 d防效均在45%以上。[结论]溴氰虫酰胺和啶虫脒对东北油豆角蓟马具有良好的防治效果。[Objective]To screen out high-efficiency,low-toxicity and safe pesticides against thrips in northeast snap bean.[Method]Seven insecticides,such as spinetoram,cyantraniliprole,emamectin benzoate,were used to determine the indoor toxicity and field efficacy test of Thrips dothidea in Northeast snap bean.The four indexes of mortality,LC_(50),population decline rate and corrected control effect were analyzed respectively.[Result]The results of indoor toxicity determination showed that from the lethal concentration,the indoor efficacy of cyantraniliprole and acetamiprid was better and safe to the northeast snap bean,and the LC_(50) values were all below 0.0003.In the field control effect test,the three drugs of cyantraniliprole,bromoflubendiamide and acetamiprid had better effects from the perspective of quick effect and persistence.The results of field efficacy test were consistent with the results of indoor toxicity test.The control effects of cyantraniliprole and acetamiprid were 75.64%and 73.83%respectively after 1 day of treatment,and the control effects were more than 45%after 7 days.[Conclusion]Deltamethrin and acetamiprid had good control effect on thrips in northeast snap bean.
